Youth Ministry
Brett Kucera became our Youth Minister in June of 2025. He serves on the mission and outreach committee and plays bass guitar with our praise team. Since joining PGW in 2021, Brett has served as the head of our technical ministry, taught music at Prince George Preschool, and participated in six missions representing our church. For over thirty years, he has also been a professional musician working under the name “Tony Starlight”. He is currently director of the music department at Lowcountry Preparatory School in Pawley’s Island, SC, and yes, his students call him “Mr. Starlight.”
Brett and his wife, Sherry, have been married since 1996 and they moved to Georgetown in 2020 from Portland, Oregon, on faith. They’re grateful every day to have received and answered God’s call.
