During this Winter and Lent season, we made an eleven-week journey through one chapter of Paul’s Letter to the Romans. Romans 8 begins on a high note, There is, therefore, now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus. From that high note, Romans 8 builds to an Mt. Everest height as Paul writes that nothing will separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus.

Here is our sequel to Romans 8: For the last four weeks of May, our Adult Class will meet to focus not on one chapter but on one verse in the Book of Acts. The sequel to Romans, one could argue, is Acts 2:42. This verse gives us the means and the vehicle for cultivating, nourishing, and strengthening our walk with the Lord Jesus.
