Organist, Choir Director
Born in 1943, Jim Calk has been involved with art and music all of his life. During his college years in the early sixties, Jim studied Applied Music with emphasis in piano and organ performance. After college, Jim served thirty-eight years as organist for St. Paul United Methodist Church in his home town of Saluda, SC. Jim has taught both music and art. He and his wife, Betsy Haven, are professional artists.
In 2002, after selling their businesses in Columbia, SC, they moved full-time to their home in Georgetown, where they work in their art studio, and where Jim serves Prince George Winyah as organist and choir director.
