As many of you are aware, last week more than 100 dogs and cats were rescued from what can only be described as truly heartbreaking and horrifically unimaginable living conditions here in Georgetown County. Fortunately, these sweet animals are now in the loving care of the remarkable staff and volunteers at Saint Frances Animal Center. While Saint Frances is doing their utmost to care for the animals, the facility is under enormous strain as they were already well over capacity before this tragedy occurred.  

Saint Frances has been extremely blessed by the outpouring of food, supplies, and volunteers over the past few days. At this time, the most impactful gift and one that is urgently needed is monetary donations to assist with the purchase of critical supplies, as well as provide the immediate medical care that is so urgently needed at this time.
